100% Recycled Nylon Shell.
Our shell fabric is made from 100% pre-consumer recycled nylon. We collect off cuts and leftover fabrics from the manufacturing process of other nylon fabrics like fishing nets; saving them from landfill and giving them a second life in one of our jackets. 1% better every day.
2-Step Water Resistance System.
The outer face of the fabric is finished with a DWR (durable water repellant) coating as a first line of defence: allowing the water to bead off the fabric rather than being absorbed.The 2nd step of water resistance is a breathable membrane applied to the backside of the fabric, reducing the chances of any moisture penetrating through the fabric and into the thermal insulation.
